Terms
Scope and timing
Audio work is quoted after a scope review. The agreed service, timing and revisions are confirmed before work starts. There is no rush option.
Payment
Audio work is paid on delivery. Single lessons are paid on the day. Courses can be paid upfront or split, with half paid before the course and half at the midpoint.
Revisions and delivery
Mixing and mastering include two revision rounds. Production Help revisions are agreed with the scope. Final audio files are delivered by email.
Cancellations
Studio work cannot be cancelled once it has started. Lesson refunds are considered case by case.
