The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional service and optional message so Plasma Lab can respond to your project.
How it is used
Information you submit is used for enquiry follow-up and project communication. It is not sold.
Form delivery
When you submit the form, a third-party form provider processes the submission so it can reach the studio. That provider’s privacy terms also apply.
Access or deletion
You can ask for your enquiry information to be corrected or deleted through the booking enquiry page.
